Join us with Bianca DeLuco for a free 6 week program based around yoga and self care.
Each session begins with journaling prompts to help clear the mind for the practice and connect with the theme of the session. The class will then be led through yoga and meditation, with a focus on that week's intentions.
In the event of rain or excessive heat, this program will move inside to the library's auditorium or Dillon room.
Please bring a yoga mat.
Registration is for all 6 sessions.
